These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Website www.aapnah.com, which is owned and operated by APNA DESHI UTPAD LLP. These terms apply regardless of whether you access the Website through a computer system, a mobile phone, or an app provided by AAPNAH.

- There is no charge for registering on our Website or for browsing through it. However, you will be charged for the products you purchase, as well as any associated taxes or delivery charges.
Orders and Payment

- You may pay for the products using credit and debit cards. Cheques, COD, and other such modes of payment are not accepted on our Website.
- When you pre-order a product, you add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout for complete the transaction. Once your transaction is complete, you will receive your product as soon as our stocks are replenished. An order confirmation will be sent to you once your order is ready to be shipped.
- AAPNAH accepts orders subject to the availability of the product. If, for any reason, the products you have ordered are not available with us, you will be offered a product of similar value or a full refund.
- All products are invoiced in INR at the prevailing price at the time. We strive to keep the prices on our site up to date. However, if any discrepancies occur, we will contact you to confirm your order at the correct cost. In case we are unable to reach you, the order will be cancelled due to incorrect pricing.
- When you order products from our Website, you are liable to pay all the costs associated with it, such as shipping costs. If the issuer of your credit or debit card refuses to authorize the payment, AAPNAH will cancel your order and contact you to arrange an alternative method of payment. We are not responsible for any delays caused by this.
- Keeping track of your order is your responsibility.
- Unless of fraudulent or negligent behaviour by AAPNAH, we will not be liable for any losses that you face caused by unauthorized access to the personal or transactional information you provide to AAPNAH while placing an order.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order fully or partially that contains more than two quantities of the same item.
- If you are under 18, you acknowledge that you have the permission from your parent or guardian to use this Website and purchase any products.
- AAPNAH reserves the right to limit selected promotional orders to a maximum of 2 units per order.
Cancellations, Exchanges, and Refunds
- In case you want to cancel your order, contact AAPNAH’s customer service. We will do our best to assist you with your concern. However, since we strive to expedite order delivery, it may not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been shipped.
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify our customer service within 72 hours of delivery. We will be happy to send you the correct item.
- AAPNAH reserves the right to refuse any refund where it is evident that the product has been used.
- Not all pre-order transactions are eligible for exchange or refund.
Delivery
- Deliveries are made all week except national holidays through third-party service providers appointed by AAPNAH. We strive to ensure that you receive your product within the stipulated timeframe. However, if you do not receive your package within the specified timeframe, please get in touch with our customer service with the order reference number of the corresponding order.
- When you sign for the delivered product, our responsibility towards the order ends there, and the ownership of the product passes to you. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or breakage that occurs after delivery has been completed.
- If you are not present at the time of delivery, AAPNAH will assume that any adult at the provided address has been authorized to accept the orders on your behalf. If this isn’t possible or no one is present at the time of delivery, we will not deliver the product and will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
- Please note that our delivery personnel will deliver your products to your front door only.
Orders and Delivery Outside of India
AAPNAH offers worldwide shipping. If you are using a foreign debit or credit card to purchase on our Website, your bank may apply additional charges based on their conversion rates. These extra charges are not the responsibility of AAPNAH.
Prices
The prices posted on this Website are subject to change without notice. The prices at the time of the order will be considered during the payment process. The posted prices also include charges and taxes. In the event of any additional charges, they will be notified on the Website.
