Refund and Returns Policy

At AAPNAH, we strive to ensure that all products reach you in perfect condition, thanks to our careful packaging and rigorous quality checks. However, if you happen to receive a faulty or damaged product, please follow the steps below to initiate a return.

For Indian Customers:

  • If any product is received in a damaged or faulty condition, kindly email us clear images of the damaged product and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • After receiving and verifying the details, we will process a refund to your original mode of payment.
  • So that you know, we no longer offer replacements. Only refunds will be processed for valid return claims.
  • If the item is found eligible for a return, the refund will be credited within 7–10 business days.

General Returns (Non-Damaged Items):

  • If you decide to return a product for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you may do so within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return.
  • In such cases, you may choose to receive a refund of the same amount.
  • Shipping charges for such returns will not be refunded.
